MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The American Institute of
Stress estimates that 75-90% of visits to primary care
physicians are stress related.
When you are stressed your
body creates extra cortisol which hinders your ability to
lose weight.
In our stress management
program participants learn numerous ways to reduce their
stress and in doing so improve their health, become more
focused and productive, and enjoy life more fully!
Many different Stress
Management Programs are available, ranging from a 1 hour
basic class to a 6 week program. Participants learn numerous
stress management techniques and ALWAYS relax and have fun
during the class. |
Government agencies and
businesses have found our program to be effective for their
employees, not only for stress reduction, but also for staff
appreciation, team building and more!
Individuals who have taken
our program tell us it helps them to live their life in a
more calm and joyful way. Stress reduction has many benefits
including: increased ability to focus; improved memory and
sleep; reduction in heart disease issues, high blood
pressure, high cholesterol; weight management; IBS and more!
Graduates of our program
can attend quarterly 2 hour "Tune Ups" or advanced learning
sessions. During these sessions attendees reinforce the
skills they've already acquired and learn new techniques to
enhance those skills.
